Stock items dispatch next working day. Bespoke vanities and finishes are 3–4 weeks lead time — shown on the product page.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Stock items: 30-day returns unused, in original packaging. Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Will it match my existing fittings?
Most ranges have matching brassware. Tell us the model and we'll confirm. Cross-brand matching is harder — we'll be honest about it.
Do you offer installation?
We don't fit ourselves, but we can recommend WRAS-registered fitters in your area. Always use a qualified plumber for water connections.
Is the warranty transferable?
Manufacturer warranties run from date of purchase, not first installation. Keep your invoice — most cover 10 years on working parts, 5 on finishes.
Are your taps low-flow?
Most kitchen taps include aerators at 6L/min or below. Filter the catalogue by 'Low Flow' to see eligible items.
Can you supply trade pricing?

Do you ship to Ireland or EU?
